By accessing our Site or using our consultation Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood & agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you are not authorized to use our Site or Services.

We reserve the right to completely suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of our consultation Services at any time without prior notice.
User Account and Security
To access certain Services, you must create a user account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current & complete information during registration.
Maintain & quickly update your account information.
Maintain the security of your ID’s password & accept all risks of unauthorized access.
Be completely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We also have the right to completely terminate or suspend your account if any information you have provided is inaccurate, false, or incomplete, or if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you’ve violated this Agreement.
No Medical Advice; Important Disclaimer
The content, programs, and services offered by Fit Health are for informational and educational purposes only and are not intended to completely treat, cure, diagnose, or prevent any type of disease or medical condition.
The information provided is not a substitute for any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always consult with a healthcare expert, such as your physician or a registered dietitian. It should be done before starting any new diet, exercise, or wellness program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.
You expressly agree that you will not disregard or delay seeking expert medical advice because of information you received through our services. Reliance on any information provided by Fit Health is solely at your own risk.
Health and Safety Acknowledgement for Workshops: By participating in our Virtual Workshops, you acknowledge that you are in good health and have consulted with your healthcare provider regarding your participation. You are responsible for ensuring your exercise environment is safe and suitable. You should discontinue any activity that causes pain or severe discomfort & consult a medical professional.
No Guarantee of Results
Individual results from using Fit Health Services will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to your specific physical condition, genetics, adherence to the program, and underlying medical conditions. Fit Health makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty of any specific results, including weight loss or the management of PCOD, Thyroid, Diabetes, or other conditions.
Payment, Refunds, and Service Pause
Payment: You will agree to pay all charges or fees associated with the Service plan you select.
No Refunds: All sales are final. Fit Health does not provide refunds for any purchased plans or services, except as required by applicable law.
Service Pause Facility: We may offer a pause facility for certain eligible plans under specific circumstances, such as:
Pregnancy: Up to 1 year
Natural Calamity: Up to 2 months
Death of an Immediate Family Member: Up to 2 months
The availability and terms of the pause facility will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. This is not a feature available on all plans.
User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site or consultation Services:
For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or intimidate our instructors, staff, or other users.
To infringe upon our or any third party's intellectual property rights.
To transmit any malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
To record, reproduce, distribute, or broadcast any Virtual Workshop or any proprietary content without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the government and law, Fit Health, its directors, and coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or other punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, profits, use, goodwill, or other losses that result from:
Your use or inability to use our consultation services.
The conduct or content of any third party on our platform.
Any content you obtain through our services.
Unauthorized access or alteration of your data.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid to Fit Health in the last six (6) months.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our Site and provided through the Services, including graphics, text, logos, images, video, audio clips, data, meal plans, recipes, and software, is the property of Fit Health or our licensors & is protected by copyright & other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and exclusive license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our express written permission.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which properly explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data or information, is included in these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
